Dear All,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. As I am sure you are aware I am seeking election to the Board of the Conservative Party. The Board is the top decision making body and carries the ultimate responsibility for the day to day running and operational matters of the Conservative Party. It is responsible for fundraising, membership and candidates, and is made up of representatives of the Political, Professional and Voluntary wings of the Party.

I am standing for the board because I believe that I can bring the kind of no-nonsense, common sense approach that the board needs and provide a valuable communication link between the associations and the Central Party. Too many times we act like we exist in a vacuum. I want to promote greater communication between associations, exchanging ideas on fundraising, literature design and best practice approaches to campaigning and administration.

There are so many good ideas being thought up across the country that can benefit more than just those that came up with them. We need a way for this knowledge to be easily shared.

I want to make a difference to this Party as it hopefully moves away from opposition and into Government. I want to help grow the party beyond its traditional membership as we reach out to more people, and I want to win the next General Election. That is why I am standing for the Board.
